QSL managers: If a VP9 station has stipulated a QSL manager, please QSL direct to that manager.

For local VP9's, please check the card file on the second floor of the Phoenix Centre, on Reid Street, frequently. The cabinet is located at the back of the floor, but you must ask one of the employee's to let you in the room where it is located.
