A great way to tour Bermuda!

See Bermuda on foot and off the road, accompanied by a long-term resident, who will delight in adding to your appreciation of the island's beauty, charm and historical treasures. Our excursions are for individuals, families and small groups of 2 - 6 people.  Don't worry about the weather - we offer a half-price "foul weather plan" which can easily be arranged at short notice!

Jo Cook will design a walk at one of the out-of-the-way places in Bermuda to fit your schedule, interest and energy level.  She will provide special insights into many of the cultural, historical and environmental aspects of Bermuda, not found in tourist guidebooks.  If you enjoy walking, Jo can also advise you on ways to discover Bermuda, independently, or how to root out the last nooks and crannies, just when you thought you'd seen it all.

At an affordable price!

The average tour cost is only $20 per person, $30 per couple and $10 for accompanied youngsters, between the ages of 6 and 16.  Included in the price is transportation from your place of lodging and back, or onwards, after the walk is over.

Allow 2.5 to 3 hours "door-to-door" for the excursions.  Although the tours are not designed to provide rigorous aerobic exercise, they do require the ability to walk on sometimes narrow, unmaintained paths, as well as up a short, steep slope or two, with as many stops as required.

Please do wear a hat (when it's not too windy), walking shoes and clothes of "able-to-breathe" fabric.  You may also want to bring along a small bottle of water, an additional light sweater or jacket, and a small towel in case there's a chance to "cool your heels" along the way.
